Company growth isn't just reflected on paper; sometimes, the office simply can't keep up with the growing space requirements. With our new premises at Bahnhofstraße 34, we're creating plenty of room for new ideas. Contact synchronization on the rise

Digital communication is practically a mandatory topic in strategy meetings these days. Never before has the working world offered more opportunities to connect employees, departments, locations, or even entire companies. But this also brings new challenges.

At sync.blue® , we're not only experiencing the importance of contact synchronization in our sales: Although our team mainly works remotely, our growth necessitated a larger location – so we moved into our new premises at Bahnhofstraße 34.

Our CEO, Oliver Baltz, summarizes the developments as follows:

An IT company in Dülmen? Why we want to remain local.

Admittedly, Dülmen isn't exactly known as Germany's Silicon Valley. Most people who have even heard of the town in North Rhine-Westphalia are only familiar with the wild horses that roam the Merfelder Bruch nature reserve. So why this location? Why not Frankfurt, Munich, or Berlin?

The answer is simple: Both our platform and our company culture demonstrate daily that successful collaboration is possible from anywhere – if done correctly. As a regionally rooted company, we can therefore remain true to our roots and continue to shape and support the local economy. Our COO, Jonas Hönge, adds:

Remote work with extras

Of course, behind this success lies a strong team, which will have even more space in the future to exchange ideas, develop further, and exceed expectations. Even though our daily work usually takes place from home , we at sync.blue® don't want to forgo a shared meeting place. Our "Monthlies" are correspondingly dynamic – whether brainstorming at the whiteboard, discussing technical details at the coffee machine, or taking a breather on off-topic matters. More time spent in the office? Not necessary, because the team spirit works just as well without it. Anyone who wants to can also arrange to meet up in Dülmen outside of the scheduled team days .

Far from reaching our goal: Our plans for the future

Our new office doesn't mean we've reached our goal – rather, the move perfectly aligns with our commitment to continuous improvement. We're constantly seeking ways to enhance both our solution, which we continuously update with new features based on community feedback, and our team. This includes continuously recruiting new talent to join our team and work with us to make business communication as modern, simple, seamless, and secure as possible. We're also working hard to increase our international visibility, most recently with our booth at Jamf Nation Live in London , where we connected with partners from around the world. While the move provides a solid foundation for our future work, we as a company remain dynamic and evolving.
