To ensure the security of your data at the highest level, sync.blue® relies on modern authentication procedures, secure encryption and operation in certified data centers.
Secure authentication and encryption
sync.blue® uses the OAuth2 method to enable secure login without password storage. Instead of static access data, temporary access tokens are used to control access and minimize the risk of data misuse.
All communication between the synchronized services takes place via TLS-encrypted HTTPS, so that all transmitted data is protected against interception and manipulation.
Hosting in certified data centers
sync.blue® is operated exclusively in ISO 27001-certified data centers in Germany, an international standard for information security management. Our partners Hetzner Online GmbH and NETWAYS Managed Services GmbH ensure secure operation. NETWAYS is also PCI DSS-certified, a security standard for the protection of credit card and payment data, which guarantees further protective measures for payment data in particular.
